My name is Johana Guerra, I am a professional photographer specializing in newborn, maternity, and portrait photography in studio and on Rockaway Beach. We all have dreams. I believe that childhood is full of wonder and beauty and I strive to capture those precious moments of connection with your little ones. Our children are adorable in every way and I believe it's imperative to capture your families legacy through portraiture to be handed down from generation to generation.

I first like to plan a shoot with my clients over a free phone consultation, to discuss their session. Our portraits are timeless works of art that capture the spirit and the essence of your family. From their genuine laughter to their more serious and serene side. I take the time to personally hand retouch each portrait creating an authentic piece of art that you and your child can cherish forever.

Mermaids

Many people have the dream to become a mermaid and we understand that, so that is why we came up with the Mermaid Experience and Photoshoot. All of our sessions will be done on the beach with a professional photographer. We get you outfitted up in a mermaid tail and help get you ready with accessories such as our starfish hair clip and more. Your mermaid makeover gets you ready to produce a professional mermaid photo that you will remember for years to come.

Maternity

Our maternity and newborn photography sessions are offered in our studio or the option of the natural beautiful beach. We have a wardrobe of gowns, lace robes, bodysuits, crop tops, and silks to accentuate your curves for maternity portraits. We also have a collection of natural blankets, knit wraps and coordinating accessories for newborn photo shoots. We use our expertise in posing, lighting and artful image editing to make your vision into a reality.

Imagination Fine Art Sessions

Imagination Fine Art Sessions These unique sessions will bring your child's wildest dreams to life. This session includes a 30 minute planning meeting, and up to a 1 hour photoshoot, after the session I will artistically edit your image based on the vision only your child could imagine. Mermaid, Fairies, Princesses, Knights, Super Heroes, Fable, Folk and Fairy Tale character favorites. One image will be chosen and edited to fit the scene built by your little ones imagination and printed on your choice of wall art. This includes one 16x24 Amalfi Panel, Canvas Wrap, Canvas Pro, Acrylic Pro or Metal fine art print. The wall art comes directly from Italy using state of the art technology in combination with the finest materials and Italy’s world-renowned craftsmanship.
